Miss Art Deco 2014, Nicole Pelaez present at the 9th annual Women is Power International Women's Gala where Miss Art Deco Beauty Pageant Director Fatima Coello was presented with an honoree award nominated by Designer Judith Barnes. The event took place at Ramada Marco Polo in Sunny Isle Beach.
