Layda Hernandez, Miss Art Deco 2017 was a special guest at the inaugural of the first Sobe Power Women's Breakfast celebrating Women's History month. The event took place at the Hilton Bentley Miami South Beach. SoBe Power Women is a Miami Beach based Women's Social Group focused on Empowering, Celebrating and Unifying - for the betterment of all.
